Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to Saudi Arabia and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- Saudi Arabia & GCC countries: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates
- Saudi Arabia & Middle East: Free shipping on all orders
- International: 25 SAR flat rate
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
